Oh man! Last day for the meme! I almost thought this day would never come! Okay, here goes: Day 30!

Day 30 – Do you have a favorite fic you've written? What makes it your favorite? And don't forget to give us a link!

Hmm...well, "favorite" might be too strong a word. I have fics I've written that I really like, but...do I have to pick just one?

Pfft. Screw it. I'm putting up a few of them. Bwahaha.

  • "Bitter Sweet", a Yu Yu Hakusho story. This was my first and only attempt at Kurama/Koto, which I actually thought was pretty good. I liked playing around with the idea, and I was surprised by how well it turned out.

  • "A Work of Art", a Super Mario story. Luigi/Daisy is one of those couples where I can just unleash my ultra-romantic, super fluffy girly self, and this story will always be the epitome of that. I have no clue where the idea to compare dancing to a painting came from, but I really liked it. And apparently, so did a lot of other people.

  • "Holding On", a SWAT Kats story. My only fic in the fandom, but it was a fun attempt. It gave me a chance to explore the friendship between the two main characters, and I thought it turned out pretty good.

  • "Within This Nightmare", a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles story. Even though I haven't worked on this in a while, I had a lot of ideas and plans for this one, and I loved exploring the different family dynamics.

  • "Reminder", a Super Robot Monkey Team story. A very short fic based on an idea I got after reading Wiki one day, haha. But I did notice the same thing when I watched the episode "Golden Age", so I thought I'd give it a try, even if it was just to put the theory out there. But I really do like the idea.

  • "Unclear", a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon story. Because I really love Chatot in the game, so this was a lot of fun to write.

  • "Of Love and Roses", a Yu Yu Hakusho/Sailor Moon crossover story. The more I write it, the more I fall in love with Kurama/Minako, just because keeps growing on me. They seriously are my favorite crossover pairing now, so writing this story of them coming together is just a lot of fun.

  • "Power of the Pack", a Road Rovers story. Just because I get to focus on my favorite character from the show, and develop a little more of his past. Teehee.

  • "Breaking the Ice", a Avarar: The Last Airbender story. For some reason, I really love Pakku, and I love Pakku/Kanna. And while I really had wanted to write a full-blown Pakku/Kanna like this story was supposed to be, I actually really like the way it ended, with them not yet together, but agreeing to work things out. The story was simply platonic, leading the way for their future romance, which I thought turned out better than I intended.

  • "In Honor", a Fairy Tail story. Takes place during a certain point in the manga, and I just had a lot of fun writing it. Especially when it came to Loki's dialogue and his behavior towards Lucy.

  • "'Tis the Season", a Tales of Symphonia story. It's a Christmas story, but I really liked getting inside Zelos' head and showing how he got along with the others.

  • "Tinted", a Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs drabble. After finally seeing the full movie, I fell in love with Snow White and Grumpy's relationship, so this was my way of putting that out there, haha.

  • "Atonement", a Kung Fu Panda story. I just really liked the idea of Shifu and the Soothsayer connecting, just because it seemed to me that they had a lot in common in their dealings with Tai Lung and Shen, respectively. And there wasn't a lot of speaking, but I think I managed the connection pretty well.

  • "Competition", a Wild Kratts story. It's weird to think that I put this one, considering the event it was based on and how it affected me. But after writing it, I realized how I liked working through the brothers' relationship, even though they were just kids in the fic. Plus, the end kind of gives some hope, I think.

  • "Step Back", a Phineas and Ferb story. I always wondered what happened after the events of Across the Second Dimension, especially in the 2nd dimension. They had just ended a war, after all, so where would they go from there? Plus, I liked the idea that, despite the differences of how the characters acted given their environment, they seemed ultimately the same as their counterparts from the 1st dimension. And that of course made me wonder about how a relationship, and maybe even a romance, could start with Isabella and Phineas, who only first met in the movie. I really liked the idea of Phineas having an obvious crush on her, while Isabella secretly likes him but won't admit it. And I got to have a lot of fun writing the beginning of something like that here.

Wow...there were more of my stories that I liked than I thought. Huh...I hope that doesn't make me sound egotistical or anything...

But whew! I'm finally finished with this meme! Took a lot longer than I thought it would, what with the not posting for some days. Haha. But still, I had a lot of fun with this one. I usually have fun with 30-day memes. I might actually have to find another one soon...heehee....
