Are you serious? I mean, even if I wanted to help you out, I don't think I can. You and I have barely spoken or contacted each other in the five and a half years since we graduated high school. In fact, I think the most I've seen you was when we randomly bumped into each other at the mall last month. And since last month, you and I haven't seen or spoken to each other at all. And now you actually text me asking for a favor? I barely know you anymore. What makes you think I'd make a good reference for you?
And honestly...I'm not even sure I can. No matter how much I try to put it behind me, I can't forget what you did.
